The Singing Songbird Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it. When returning your item, we recommend packaging your item in the same way it was sent to you to minimize damage in transit.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Return Process
To return an item, email us at hello@singingsongbirdart.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed back toy our original method of payment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible to be returned given the nature of the item. This includes:
Digital downloads such as patterns and tutorials
Commissioned art
Embroidery kits that have been started or are missing elements
